When Michelle walks through my door her first words are "How can I help you today?" Michelle Sarty has been my Personal Support Worker since December 2023 when I returned from hospital after a stroke in October.She helps me with the walking, balance, fatigue and organizational challenges that the stroke has left: assisting with showers, making dinners (she's a good cook), cleaning up and running errands when necessary. Michelle is always kind and cheerful, professional and encouraging. She enables me to move from surviving to thriving in this new life.

Available hours: All day Monday, all day Wednesday and Thursday after 230pm.

As a private personal support worker since 2015, I assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, appointments, grocery shopping and respite stay for family.
