💜January is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.💜
Too many people still don’t know where to turn for help. We’re here to talk openly and offer support.
On January 28, Alzheimer Societies across Canada are showing up with the Forget-Me-Not flower, a reminder to Forget No One, because no one should face dementia alone.

“Life continues. So do we, the spark in all of us endures.”
Over half of Canadians worry about dementia, yet many carry that fear in silence. Stigma delays support, increases isolation, and makes it harder to ask for help. When we speak openly and share reliable information, people feel less alone and get help sooner.
