A stir fry that is quick, nutritious and done in 20 min … just toss your veggies in a hot pan, add garlic , ginger, splash of tamari and let the magic happen. I am loving all the different mushroom choices that add a meaty bite while keeping things plant based. Am choosing tofu as our protein but can be substituted with many options 😁
