Finishing off the week strong ❀️.toronto

Working a trap bar squat is both beneficial as a natural body position with your center of mass more aligned and less room for injury

Full body strength with less technical error and trains quads, glutes, grip, hamstrings and core

Allows heavier loading and explosive strength.

We are all a work in progress and my goal is to get strong injury free. Thank you to
toronto is the place to be. πŸ’ͺ πŸ’ͺ

Ozempic can absolutely support weight loss but it’s not a replacement for proper nutrition. πŸ₯‘πŸ«πŸ“πŸ₯¦πŸ…πŸ«‘

When appetite drops many individuals eat less protein, miss key nutrients, may lose muscle, impact metabolic health and may not be a long term solution.
Understanding how to eat for your health and longevity is worth focussing on. This is where strategy matters!
