So many of us spend our day rounded forward at desks, on phones, driving, and carrying stress in our shoulders. Over time the chest tightens, the shoulders roll in, and breathing gets shallow.
This simple chest-opening release on a foam roller helps reverse that pattern. By opening through the chest and allowing the shoulders to relax back, we create space to breathe deeper, improve posture, and release tension that builds up from daily life.

Sometimes the most powerful work is simply slowing down, opening up, and letting the body reset. Thank you so much

OZEMPIC( semaglutide) and other similar medications can help to regulate blood sugar, promote weight loss and reduce appetite by mimicking GLP-1, a natural@hormone involved in satiety.
While this supports weight loss, proper nutritional guidance is essential to protect long term health. No matter the dosing !!

Feel free to view blog link in my bio for some key nutrition strategies that will help support your body for the LONG TERM

This year, International Women’s Day feels more important than ever.

Not just a day for flowers or hashtags — but a reminder to keep pushing for equality, respect, opportunity, and the right for every woman to live safely, freely, and with dignity.

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere — while recognizing that the work is far from done.

Support women. Uplift women. Listen to women. Stand with women.

Because progress happens when we show up for each other. 💜

A stir fry that is quick, nutritious and done in 20 min … just toss your veggies in a hot pan, add garlic , ginger, splash of tamari and let the magic happen. I am loving all the different mushroom choices that add a meaty bite while keeping things plant based. Am choosing tofu as our protein but can be substituted with many options 😁
A great recipe for :
Weight management
Blood sugar support
Heart health
Gut health and more
