Natural Mobility strives to bring this shift of physical capability and personal development to as many people who are trying to make that shift as possible, writing regular articles and offering a lifestyle guide and tutorials for fundamental stretches, movements, and joint mobilization. For those who are in and around Toronto, in-person services are provided, which include group classes, personal training, and therapeutic treatments. These services are provided by Alex Schenker, MovNat Natural Movement Master Trainer, Bujinkan Shidoshi (martial arts instructor), and Licensed Shiatsu Therapist.
