In this clip from Finding Your Bliss, Hartley explains why bunions aren’t just “extra bone” on the side of the foot. As they progress, the strongest toe, the big toe, slowly pushes out of alignment, often lifting the second toe and creating painful rubbing, corns, and shoe irritation.
What many people don’t realize is that bunions are linked to long-term walking and standing imbalances, and that catching those imbalances early, especially in children, can help prevent serious foot problems later in life.
Foot health is lifelong, and education is where prevention starts. 🔑
