For psychotherapy, Dagny works with solutions-focused, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical techniques. Each client is the expert on their own experience and together, we can find tools and techniques together that can help you find the peace that you are looking for. Dagny is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto, Ontario. She believes in a holistic approach to massage and looks at the subtleties and complexities of a problem to find a lasting solution; she honed this skill while studying English Language and Literature at Queen’s University. Since then, she has been working with various patient groups: surgery patients, stroke survivors, pregnant women, elderly patients, and patients with a variety of sports and occupational-related conditions. She is committed to empowering her patients with the knowledge and skills needed to increase wellness and prevent further aches and pains. Dagny has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Course at McMaster University which specializes in neuro-functional electro-acupuncture. She finds that combining Acupuncture with massage is very effective in reducing the pain and tension of her patients.
