It's CCA election day! I'm running for the Ontario delegate position for the CCA. Voting opens today and runs until May 12th. I would encourage all Ontario chiropractors to take a look at the candidates and vote! It only takes a few minutes of your time and gives you a voice in how our profession is going to progress over the next 3 years!

Dr. Ceara Higgins is currently on maternity leave. She will be returning to practice in April. In the meantime Dr. Nicole Ballentine will be covering for her at both locations.

To the members of the Ontario Chiropractic Association:

This is a very important time for provincial governance. An election was cast and the results tabulated. Three evidence-based chiropractors (Anjelica Mazzella-Calwell, Paolo De Ciantis and Jenny Elliot) have been elected. There is unfortunately one more step:

The OCA is a non-profit organization. One rule inherent to NPO's is the right of the membership to cast down the slate brought forward, thereby opposing the results of the election. Let's not stand idly-by and let this happen - we as an evidence-based majority CAN (and should) show-up to the OCA Annual General Meeting taking place this Saturday to support the results of the most recent election. Alternatively, should you not be able to make it, you can cast what's called a PROXY VOTE. Proxy votes must be handed in PRIOR to the start of the AGM.

Members, here's what I NEED you to do:

1. Show up at the AGM and help change happen!
2. Go to the link below, download the proxy vote, fill it out and SEND IT IN by fax or email!
