MomFit is officially underway at CrossFit AIO 💪👶

This class is designed to help moms rebuild strength, confidence, and routine—without needing childcare. Your baby stays right there with you.

AIO members—if you know a new mom who would love this, send this their way. This program is open to non-members too.

What to expect:
• Strength + functional movement
• Baby-friendly, mom-focused workouts
• Supportive, welcoming environment
