Here are some tips for preventing recession:
🦷 use a soft or ultra soft toothbrush
🦷 clean between your teeth with floss or another interdental tool for a slick feeling so you don't feel the need to over brush
🦷 stick with a low abrasive toothpaste (like Sensodyne or simple bottom of the shelf types)
🦷 switch to an electric brush if you can't lay off the elbow grease

⚠️ Risk factors: family history, alcohol, smoking/vaping, sun exposure, past cancer, unsafe s*x.
