I’m excited to share a new guided meditation created especially for those who want to slow down, reconnect, and gently restore balance — without pushing or over-efforting.

This beginner-friendly self-healing meditation is a 12-position practice designed to support calm, grounding, and emotional ease. Each position is guided with intention and affirmations from the Me First Oracle Cards, allowing the body and mind to settle naturally.

You don’t need prior meditation or Reiki experience to benefit from this journey. Simply bring your breath, your presence, and a willingness to choose yourself — even if just for a few minutes.

Japan Reiki Studio was established in 2012, as an affiliate of Japan Reiki Association (JRA). An authority in this eastern tradition, JRA has been bringing the Reiki community together in Japan and around the world since 1994. At Japan Reiki Studio, our teachings are in alignment with JRA, the Canadian Reiki Association, and Usui Reiki — a natural form of healing developed 100 years ago. Our goal at Japan Reiki Studio is to support you throughout your entire Reiki journey. We design each session in harmony with the principals of Usui Reiki, helping bring holistic healing from within.
