Day 1 - Intros - Meet and Greet - Lecture - What is the True Meaning of Yoga - (nope - not that perfect Warrior pose) - it's the essence of what's happening in your body while in Warriors, and how the blood circulates through your body.
We'll go through the Different Paths of Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga (no no..not the series) and naturally, an introduction to your home sequence of Surya Namaskara.
Day 2 - ooh..this is where it gets better - A deep dive into the Yamas and Niyamas and how small efforts 2-3 minutes a day will dissolve that anxiousness in your nervous system, rest your mind and remove doubt, worry and fear - yep- heavy stuff - of and naturally, we move, dissect and teach the basics of human anatomy in each pose. Oh - it's gonna be awesome!
