Posture starts at your feet! Today’s mindful moment is to look down at your feet and check-in throughout the day at your foot position and correct it. This can significantly reduce tension in your feet, ankles, knees, hip and low back. We have to check in and correct our “autopilot” habits. You’ll be surprised at how often your feet turn out throughout the day. Your body will also remind you with pain or discomfort sensations.

Next time you walk, don’t lead with your head… let your pelvis take the wheel.

Imagine an invisible rope gently tugging you forward from your pelvis. Not yanking. Not rushing. Just enough to guide your stride.
