a commonly debated topic, especially with the influence of social media, is this idea that people, from the outside, seem to “have it all”.
No matter what we are lead to believe there is no way to truly know from the outside what someone is going through on the inside. Life has several twists and turns and ups and downs and no two journeys are the same.

So focus on your own journey and less about others!!
And remember to always check in on your people 💛

At the end of the day, 97% of the things we worry about really aren’t worth worrying about at all.
doesn’t mean they don’t feel big in the moment, just means you need to have the right tools and skills to work through them and know that you can manage the tough stuff and the feelings will pass.
even just voicing the worry and working through it with a professional or trusted resource can be a huge help. support is all around you.
