Launching January 7, 2026, The HER CYCLE METHOD Program is a 3-month group coaching process, designed by a Fitness Professional & Certified Nutritionist, for women who are ready to care for their bodies with more awareness, structure, and trust.

Inside, you’ll be held in a supportive group coaching space, with the option to go deeper through a personalized 1-on-1 plan.. so you’re not doing this alone or guessing your way through it.
