Thank you for helping us run a tight ship, making sure our people have full schedules and get paid. While also making sure you don't have to pay out of pocket for missed time!
Lots of folks are using up health benefits that expire at the end of the year, so we see an influx of new patients. Appointments get booked further in advance, and therefore, we experience a dramatic increase in cancelations, no-shows, and reschedules.
As a small biz with no reception, that's fully a practitioner-run company, we need you all to be extra mindful and be proactive in helping us with schedule-tetris to avoid income loss for our amazing staff, and disappointment for our wait list of patients who also need the care.
We enforce a strict cancelation policy, and insurance companies don't cover sessions that you didn't actually attend.
If you can't make it, or if you're sick, send a friend, family member, or colleague from an asymptomatic household. If the spot is filled by another patient, we don't bill the missed fee, hence the need for extra notice this time of year!
