✨ Meet the Team: Say Hello to Madison ✨
Madison was first drawn to yoga as the Yin to balance the Yang of her fast-paced career in television production. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others, leading her to complete her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. Since then, she has been guiding classes, workshops, and retreats around the world.
In Madison’s classes, you can expect to cultivate a deep connection between breath and movement. She encourages students to challenge themselves while staying connected to their body’s unique needs. Madison meets you exactly where you are, creating thoughtful, customized practices that honour both strengths and limitations.
Her classes blend creative sequencing with a sense of playfulness and inspiration—featuring curated playlists, hands-on adjustments, and meaningful readings that help deepen your practice both on and off the mat.
When she’s not in the studio, Madison is often traveling the world leading wellness retreats and creating immersive experiences that combine yoga, relaxation, and adventure.
