I'm teaching a virtual course at UofT called The Physical Path to Mental & Emotional Wellness, and we already have a great group forming.
This course is for anyone who wants to understand how hormones, digestion, inflammation, nutrients and nervous system regulation shape mood, energy, and emotional resilience.
It's also a great fit for therapists, educators, and caregivers looking for a whole-body, evidence-based framework to support mental health.
