If you feel like you’re too busy for wellness… you’re not alone.

Between work, kids and everyday life, it can feel impossible to fit in a full routine.

Here’s a simple 10-minute wellness reset you can try today:

💧 Drink a full glass of water before caffeine
🧠 Take 2 minutes to breathe and reset
🥑 Eat a real, whole food snack (protein + healthy fats)

That’s it.
Nothing crazy.
No pressure.
Just consistency.

Save this so you have it on your busy days. 🤍

Most people think saunas are just for relaxation… but they do SO much more.

They can help reduce stress, improve circulation, support detox, and even boost your skin and sleep. It’s such a simple way to upgrade your wellness routine without adding anything too extreme.

I broke down the benefits (and how to safely use the sauna) in my latest blog post. Read it here. 🔥

Sauna has been around for thousands of years – but it’s not just an aesthetic spa trend. Modern research is now starting to catch up with what traditional cultures have practiced for generations. As a nurse and a mama, I’m always asking: but what does the science say? Here is what we know about ...

Strong women shape the world in quiet, powerful ways.

We raise families, build communities, care for others, and keep showing up — even when it’s hard. The strength, resilience, and wisdom of women moves generations forward.

Today is a reminder to celebrate that power and the incredible women around us.

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍

Another year around the sun ☀️

The past little while has quietly changed me.

Somewhere along the way I stopped chasing the things that didn’t really matter… the noise, the pressure, the constant feeling of needing to do more. And I started focusing on the things that actually make life feel good — caring for my body, protecting my peace, slowing down, and acting with intention.

I’m honestly in one of the best wellness states I’ve been in for years. Not because life is perfect, but because I’ve learned where to put my energy.

A reminder I’ve been living by lately:

“The soft life is the strong life — choosing rest, calm, and intention in a world that glorifies exhaustion.”

Here’s to another year of growth, grounding, and becoming more of who I’m meant to be. ✨

Your morning workout doesn’t have to be high pace to be effective.

Today I chose a mat fusion class — Pilates and yoga with a full-body burn in the heated room 🔥. Slow, controlled, intentional.

Deep core engaged. Glutes shaking. Shoulders on fire. Heart rate up without frying my nervous system. Strong and steady.

Choose movement that builds strength without draining you. Save this for your next workout idea. 💪🏼

I asked my sister Paycie Couper what she was doing, and she said, “Cleaning… as usual.”
I laughed because… same.

She said, "I feel like that's motherhood.. always cleaning for it to be ruined in 2 seconds."
And yes, kids are only little once — the mess is part of the magic.

But I’m still going to reset the house.
Not for aesthetics. For my nervous system.
Calm home = calmer me and calmer kids.

I want my kids to come home and feel cozy + safe.
Regulated. An exhale.

This is your reminder that you’re allowed to build something for yourself… even in the middle of motherhood.

Quiet work. Consistent effort. One day at a time.

Current morning plate 🤍

Coffee.
Ginger shot.
Eggs with feta.
Avocado.
Chicken bacon.

Nothing fancy — just intentional.

Here’s why I love starting my day like this:

• Protein first thing (eggs + chicken bacon) helps stabilize blood sugar, supports muscle repair, and keeps cortisol from spiking too hard. PROTEIN. WITH. COFFEE.

• Healthy fats (avocado + egg yolks) support hormone production, brain function, and keep you full longer.

• Fermented dairy (feta) adds flavor + a little gut-friendly bacteria.

• Ginger supports digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.

• Coffee — yes, it’s staying. Rich in antioxidants. I just make sure I pair it with food to protect my nervous system and blood sugar.

Balanced. Nourishing. Regulating.

This isn’t about dieting.
It’s about building a plate that supports your hormones, your energy, and your mood — especially as a busy mom.

Food should make you feel steady, not wired and crashing.

A Sunday reflection:

What felt heavy this week?
What felt aligned?

Growth isn’t always louder effort.
It’s about quieter awareness.

If you’ve been working on yourself – physically, mentally, emotionally – I am proud of you.

Next week, we refine.
Don't rush.
