About Me

Katharine has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. Her personal experience with her own health issues and injuries brought her to discover how Osteopathy could help her body heal. Her desire to help people optimize their body's own healing abilities led her to start studying Osteopathic Manual Therapy.

Katharine obtained a Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies (Kinesiology) from the University of Regina in 1998. In 2020, Katharine graduated from the four year M.OMSc. program at the prestigious Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, ON after completing 4,400 classroom and 1,000 supervised clinical hours.
