Reflexology by Maja Suwart, RRPr. Registered Reflexology Practitioner As a huge fan of natural preventative and relaxational therapies, I look at the human body as a self-healing organism.

Continuously learning about the human body gives me an understanding of its utmost capabilities to create balance and harmony within one's self. The state of the inner environment is crucial to the well-being of an individual! When I was in my teenage years, I was exposed to and intrigued by many ancient healing therapies and tools that were available at the time. While exploring, reading, and educating myself on a variety of subjects, I came across reflexology. I had the pleasure to indulge in the therapeutic and relaxational benefits of the reflexology treatment. After experiencing a unique sense of harmonizing energy within, I found myself "floating on the clouds" or as some would say "zoned out" for a lengthy period after the treatment. I was not expecting such a pleasant and unique healing experience as I felt at that moment. Since then, I have been drawn to learning about reflexology and wanting to share my experience with others. This became my career pathway later in life.
