12 is a powerful number in numerology that represents wholeness and completion. We have 12 months in the year, and 12 signs in the (tropical) zodiac, and it is only once we have experienced all twelve of these states, that we can gain a bigger picture perspective and understanding as to where we have been.

Are you feeling the Solar Flares?
Because WOW… I am.

In the simplest terms: a Solar Flare is basically the sun exploding with energy (yes… like a cosmic fart 😂) and that surge of power ripples straight toward Earth.

If you're sensitive to energy, you're likely feeling it the most—but truly, everyone is affected. These flares can trigger:

✨ Oversensitivity
✨ Exhaustion + zero motivation
✨ Weird sleep
✨ Anxiety or feeling ungrounded
✨ Brain fog
✨️ Being triggered or overly offended
✨ Time speeding up
✨ Heightened intuition

Personally? I’ve been waking up with intense physical anxiety (which is not normal for me), feeling floaty and out of body, and yesterday I was hit with a wave of grief after seeing a homeless man and his dog.

Morning ritual
