What an inspiration this beautiful lady is!
Carol is a perfect example that it's never too late to start on your fitness goals!
In her early 80's she is working on weight resistance training to keep her muscles & bones strong, but also postural strength and endurance of funtional activities of daily living, to keep up with the activities that she loves. Way to go Carol, you're an inspiration to us all!❤️

Spring Round of my Fitness Classes for March & April start next week!!!
Wednesday Core Strengthening Class
This class is focused not only on strengthening your abs of course, but on building strength, stability & endurance in the muscles of your core.
We will work on building strength on re**us abdominis, transerve abdominis, obliques, erector spinea (lower back), pelvic floor as well as glutes and hip stabilizers. All of these excersices comined help to improve your posture, strengthening your back and abs, improving balance and coordination, and overall strength. We will be using exercise balls, weights etc
Class is Co-ed, all fitness levels welcome as I offer modifications for beginners, and challenges for those who want to extra push
Classes are Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm in the hall of the Trail United Church, Bring your own yoga mat, indoor shoes, & water, I supply the rest
March 4th, 11th, 18th, (Omit 25th)

Thursday Full Body Strength & Conditioning
This class is focused on the full body as well as core strength, blending strength, cardio & functional movements to help you build muscle, improve stamina & endurance, and move better in everyday life. We'll be using weights to perform exercises from chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders & core!

Hi Eveyone!
Yes it's that time again!
Co-ed Group Fitness Classes are starting again soon!
But....sadly there's limited space and they fill up quickly...so...there is still room to join the Thursday evening Bootcamp class!
Don't let the name scare you, it's just a really great all over full body strengthening class mixed with some core as well! Gets your heart & muscles pumping!
All the weights and equipment are supplied, you just need to bring your own mat, water and clean indoor gym shoes of course :)
Classes are held at the Trail United Church, Thursdays @ 5:30-6:30 pm (come a little early to get set up).

In today’s weight conscious society where obesity, a lack of self-esteem, meal replacements, chronic illness and diet gimmicks are running wild, I want to share my message and services with women who are struggling with these issues. You may know me as an elite personal fitness trainer for the Trail Aquatic Centre and for my own company, Inspired Life Fitness.
As well as being a Certified Elite Trainer, I’m a certified specialist in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Exercise and Heart Disease, Group fitness, TRX (suspension strap training) as well as a Yoga instructor.
I’ve built a community of women in the West Kootenays of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes, to help encourage, support & motivate each other on the journey to better health and fitness.
Not only do I focus on one on one personal training and nutrition, but I run various classes (Core strengthening, Boot camp, circuit, and a Suspension strap/ hiit training combo class to name a few), but I create and run online group weight loss and fitness programs, which are great for group accountability and members can be at any fitness level from beginners to advanced where workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym. These online programs typically run for 8 weeks 4x per year, where I give you 3 weekly workouts and meal plans for you to follow as well as providing daily online interaction with me as well as to the Facebook support group. I’m a passionate fitness trainer who wants to share my programs and message of women supporting women with not only in my community, but our global community.
