I'm an Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Specialist in Sports Nutrition, and a Fitness Instructor, for classes such as core strengthening, circuit, and boot camp! As well as women's beginner's yoga class. I work with women of all fitness levels and ages, to help them reach their fitness goals, whether its for improving health, strength training or weight loss! New 6 week Round of Fitness Classes!!
Core Strengthening starts tonight!!! 5:30-6:30
This class has been moved to Tuesdays with the exception of next week (will be on the 12th instead of the 11th)
Nov 4th, 12th, 18th, Dec 2,9,16th
Bootcamp
Thursdays 5:30-6:30
Nov 6th, 13th, 20th, Dec 4th, 11th& 18th
Both rounds are 6 weeks but I am offering Drop-ins for this round!
Classes are held at the Trail United Church

Unfortunately, the Monday's suspension strap & core and Wednesday's Core Strengthening classes are full, but there's still room for Thursday's Bootcamp !!
This is a great Full body & Core Strengthening class!
Thursday evenings 5:30-6:30, Sept.18th- Oct.30th

In today’s weight conscious society where obesity, a lack of self-esteem, meal replacements, chronic illness and diet gimmicks are running wild, I want to share my message and services with women who are struggling with these issues. You may know me as an elite personal fitness trainer for the Trail Aquatic Centre and for my own company, Inspired Life Fitness.
As well as being a Certified Elite Trainer, I’m a certified specialist in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Exercise and Heart Disease, Group fitness, TRX (suspension strap training) as well as a Yoga instructor.
I’ve built a community of women in the West Kootenays of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes, to help encourage, support & motivate each other on the journey to better health and fitness.
Not only do I focus on one on one personal training and nutrition, but I run various classes (Core strengthening, Boot camp, circuit, and a Suspension strap/ hiit training combo class to name a few), but I create and run online group weight loss and fitness programs, which are great for group accountability and members can be at any fitness level from beginners to advanced where workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym. These online programs typically run for 8 weeks 4x per year, where I give you 3 weekly workouts and meal plans for you to follow as well as providing daily online interaction with me as well as to the Facebook support group. I’m a passionate fitness trainer who wants to share my programs and message of women supporting women with not only in my community, but our global community.
