After a season of quieter energy, I’m excited to be opening up a few offerings again — both in-person and online 🤍

A strong, grounding practice with room to listen to your body.
🤍 6-Week Mom & Me Series
A gentle, supportive space for postpartum bodies, nervous system regulation, and connection with your baby.
