There’s a moment each year when the world grows quiet… and our bodies finally tell the truth:
we’re tired, we’re carrying too much, and we need a reset.

This Winter Solstice, I’m creating a day to honour that.
A day to breathe deeper, soften your edges, and come home to yourself again.

Rekindle Your Light is a full-day retreat in the warmth of the For Rest Retreat yurt. Filled with gentle movement, breathwork, restorative yoga, essential oils, and a hands-on bath soak–making workshop.
You’ll learn nervous system tools, create your own essential oil blend, rest deeply in Yoga Nidra, and end the day with an optional sauna + cold plunge ritual under the winter sky.

Over the years of working as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, fitness instructor, and and personal trainer, I have seen one thing over and over again… So many of us carry low back pain, and almost all of us are missing true deep core strength. When our foundation is not stable, the rest of the body has to adapt to compensate, and that is when aches, tension, and injuries creep in.

I care deeply about helping people move in ways that feel nourishing and supportive for the long run. At the heart of every workout I create for both myself and others, is core strength and mobility, because they are what protect our back, support longevity, and unlock strength in the rest of the body.

That is why I built Aligned Strength & Stability 🌱
�An 8 week program you can start anytime and bring to any gym. Each workout includes options to swap exercises if certain equipment is not available, so it feels accessible no matter where you train.

✨ What you will receive:

👉 Four 45–60 minute workouts per week
👉 Two four week phases
👉 Lower body, upper body push, upper body pull, and mobility days
👉 Healthy habit and nutrition goal tracking

This plan begins with Phase One to reawaken your deep core, glutes, and stabilizers for four weeks, then automatically moves into Phase Two, where you will build on that foundation with more strength and dynamic movements.

Since wellness is not only about movement, you will also receive free access to guided meditations and breathwork recordings to use at your leisure throughout the eight weeks to support your nervous system and keep you grounded.

There’s been so much respiratory illness moving through lately — colds, coughs, chest heaviness — and in the midst of it all, I’ve been coming back to what feels most supportive: the breath and the energy within it. 🌀

Lately, I’ve been learning about and weaving mudras into my breathwork, meditations, classes, and 1:1 sessions — and they’ve become such a powerful addition to my practices. These simple hand gestures help direct energy with intention, and I’m feeling more inspired and confident in sharing them.

In this video, I’m practicing Mukula Mudra, where all five fingers come together like a little energy reset, sending healing exactly where it’s needed. I’ve paired it with Bee’s Breath (Bhramari) — a calming, humming breath that helps soothe the nervous system and gently clear the lungs.

✨ Breathwork doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. These practices are soft, but they hold so much strength — especially when your system feels taxed or tender.

If you’re feeling run down, under the weather, or just in need of a moment to ground — let this be a gentle offering to reconnect with your breath and your body.
