Extending a massive congratulations to all the nominees of the Trail Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards! I am honoured and humbled to be nominated in Professional Service. I strive to create a wonderful experience for all those who come through my office door. To say 2020 has been wild would be an understatement. Through having to close my business due to COVID-19 while simultaneously experiencing catastrophic life changes, it gave me the opportunity to come back to my business stronger, and more eager than ever. Massage Therapy has allowed me to interact with so many incredible people in our area. I am so grateful for my profession, our amazing community, and the opportunity of this nomination. ***NOTICE***
COVID-19 Safety Plan

*This document outlines the policies and procedures we have put in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission at Mountain Bliss Therapeutics.

All protocols follow or exceed the guidelines put forth by CMTBC and the Provincial Government*
The health and safety of my clients are of the utmost importance to me.

Please DO NOT book an appointment or attend your scheduled appointment if any of the following applies to you:

-You have any cold or flu like symptoms, including but not limited to; sneezing, cough, fever of 38 C or higher, runny nose, sore throat and/or painful swallowing, difficulty breathing, excessive drowsiness, loss of sense of smell, muscle aches, headache, fatigue.

-Live in a household with anybody who has COVID-19 or any cold and flu like symptoms.

-Have any types of contagious symptoms that could transmit to your RMT.

-Traveled outside of British Columbia in the last 14 days. �

Operational Procedures and Protocols:

-Clients are encouraged to book appointments online via the Mountain Bliss Therapeutics website, or through direct text message at 250-395-0282. Bookings will commence June 8, 2020. We will not be accepting new clients at this time.

-It is requested that clients wash their hands thoroughly prior to arriving at the clinic. Hand sanitizer will be readily available for clients to use. Washing beforehand allows more efficient use of the appointment time and minimizes contamination of surface areas. I will meet each client at the door to the building with hand sanitizer as well.

-There will be sufficient time between clients to ensure thorough cleaning of all treatment room surfaces, as well as door handles, washrooms and point of sale areas between appointments.

-We ask that all clients arrive on time and not more than five minutes early for their appointment. This allows time to sanitize and disinfect all areas. We ask that you also arrive alone for your appointment. �
-If you have a mask and would like to wear it, feel free to do so. If you do not have a mask, please practice strict safety guidelines in regards to covering your cough properly, not touching face, etc. �
-Cash will be accepted but we strongly encourage using internet e-transfer or debit.

I will be unable to accept new clients at this time.
