It’s time.

Our 6-week Couch to 5K program is officially live - starting February 22, with weekly prizes and a final giveaway.

Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it, or looking for a new challenge, this program is aimed at getting you ready before our new Social Run Club starts this spring.

Here’s how it works:
Choose your starting point - Beginner or Intermediate.
Complete 3 workouts per week.
Stay consistent for the chance to win weekly $50 local gift card prizes. All participants who check in weekly are entered to win a final $150 Lululemon giveaway — you know, so you can show up to the first run in style.
