So excited to be offering something special coming up in March!
Sam Francis, Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor and Annabelle Cameron, Yoga Instructor are teaming up to offer YOGASSAGE. Sam has taken her two skills (massage therapy + yoga Instruction) and has taken further training to bring them together in this specific modality.
YOGASSAGE is a restorative practice blending yoga's gentle stretches with massage therapy. Offering deep relaxation by combining breathwork, supported yoga poses (often held longer with props), and hands-on therapeutic massage from an instructor. It relieves tension, improves flexibility, and promotes mindfulness.
Bella will be assisting Sam by bringing each participant into the restorative poses while Sam makes her way around the room allowing participants to passively receive deep stretches and healing touch.
This class is regulated to be a small number of students per session to ensure you get the attention you need. The lucky participants will need to bring a yoga mat and dress in typical comfortable yoga attire. No prior experience necessary.
We will be offering two sessions on Sunday March 8th (storm date March 29th)
First Session will be 9:00am
Second Session will be 10:30am
We expect both sessions to fill up quickly.
