Road Trips are great and we love to take them at Westgate Lodge! Here is a look back at a few simple trips but fun just the same…

BINGO!! Some of our residents at Westgate are big Bingo fans, so a trip to the Bingo Hall was the perfect. It is always nice to get together with our friends and spend time together doing what we love. ♥️

French Fries are another thing that are at the top of the list of favourite things among our residents! And as the Summer days were winding down, the residents jumped at any chance to spend more time outdoors enjoying the weather, and enjoying a delicious lunch at the local Chip Truck. 🍟

The annual corn roast at The Riverine is a much-anticipated event, bringing residents together for an afternoon of delicious food and lively conversation. This year’s festive gathering not only fostered community spirit but also provided a wonderful opportunity for seniors to socialize and create lasting memories. We all love a great corn roast! The annual Summer Corn Roast at Westgate Lodge was amazing! Each residence enjoys their own version of a corn roast and each one is a wonderful opportunity for residents to gather, laugh, share memories and eat great food! Our residents spent the morning husking the corn to prepare for the afternoon of festivities! Corn was enjoyed on the cob, off the cob and with loads of butter and salt. 🌽

School has been back for a few months now, but earlier in the season, Crown Ridge Place held Our Back-to-School Fashion Show! It was a joyful and heartwarming afternoon that brought smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of fun as children proudly strutted their stuff, showing off their favorite school outfits to our residents and staff. 👚👕✨

The residents truly enjoyed the lively energy and excitement the kids brought into the room. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event such a delightful success!

Our homes are feeling extra jolly and bright as we celebrate the Christmas season at Crown Ridge Health Care Services! 🎄✨
Each of our homes has a Warm Giving Christmas tree accepting donations of hats, mitts, scarves, and socks. Our residents will be choosing the charity that receives these heartfelt gifts ❤️
We also have donation barrels ready for non-perishable food items, and—of course—we’re always accepting a little extra love and cheer this time of year.
It’s a special season, and our staff and residents are truly feeling the Christmas sparkle. Thank you for helping us spread warmth and kindness in our communities! 💛🎁 season
