It's that time of year again! We are having our Annual Christmas Bazaar on Friday, November 28th in the Multi-Purpose room. There will be tons of crafts and baked goods for everyone to enjoy!

On this Remembrance Day, we pause to honor the Canadian heroes who served and sacrificed for our freedom. Lest we forget.

Unfortunately, we are in a facility wide respiratory outbreak. We are continuing to work closely with the Public Health Unit to minimize the outbreak. At this time, large group activities will be cancelled. We are requiring staff and visitors to wear masks while in the home. If you are not feeling well, please do not visit the home. The well being of our residents and staff are top priority. We will continue to keep you updated throughout the outbreak. Stay safe everyone!

Infection Control and Prevention week was fun! We tested our knowledge and played some fun games. Now we shift our focus to the Blue Jays World Series run! Go Jays Go! 🦠 ⚾️ 😷

We’ve been lucky to soak up th last little bit of nice weather! We baked up some delicious fall flavours and enjoyed some great music. 🍎 ☀️ 🍁

We hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Our residents are thankful this year for the wonderful staff we have that provide them care daily. From support services to nursing staff and activities to maintenance, we couldn’t be more thankful for everything they do for us! 🍁 🧡 🌳

We’ve been enjoying the beautiful fall weather and getting the most out of those delicious fall flavours. We went “bobbing” for apples, listened to some great music and enjoyed spending time with friends. We even celebrated 69yrs of marriage! 💕 🍁 🍎

Megan and Kaylee stopped in on Friday to deliver flowers to our residents. This “just because” gesture put so many smiles on our residents faces. We can’t thank these ladies enough for popping in and brightening our day! 🥰 🌸
