As of April 13, follow ups (50 min) will cost $136.50, squeeze ins (35 mins) will cost $93, and new intake (70 mins) will cost $171 (all prices include taxes)

You spoke and I listened! Next yoga series will be 4 weeks, Tuesday evenings June 3 - 24, 7:00-8:30
We'll practice skills that you can take off the mat to maximize your health span and autonomy as you age. Spaces are limited! It will be a small group so everyone can get the attention and feedback they need to safely make progress.
$100 for the series, with online resources made available for students to practice at home through the month.
