Astrology As a Language Course with Lynn Marie

7:00 – 8:30 pm - Online over Zoom (recording available if you miss a class)
This course is for beginners and novices. If you don't know what some of the words on the poster mean, but you want to, then this course is for you!
It will take you to a whole other level of being able to explore astrology articles, blogs, and videos.

Spring is about to be sprung! Hiding under the melting snow, lots of new spring herbs are coming back to life.

Join me for a workshop where we will learn to make Herbal Infused Vinegars and discuss other spring herbal digestive remedies.

Herbal infused vinegars are simple to make. It's fun to come up with new flavors, and even more fun to taste them.

Reminder: Beginner's Yoga is ongoing and you can join anytime. No experience needed. These classes are gentle and welcoming to all. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow, or you can bring your own. Classes are held at Studio 280 (280 Willow St, Truro - the front of the Maritime Bus building).

Gentle Beginner's Yoga is Tuesday at12 pm.

Men's Beginner's Yoga is Thursdays at 5:30pm
