The Connection Project is a community-based learning group that focuses on healthy and growing relationship development. It creates a safe space where youth can be who they want to be, understand their worth, and learn how to handle tough situations, especially when it comes to setting boundaries with others.

The program combines fun with real-life tools that help youth thrive in relationships with peers, family members, and partners. We hope you join us to learn and grow, not only with others, but also with yourself.

It's with great sadness that we announce that our annual Women & Wellness fundraising event will not happen on its usual January date. We know how much you all look forward to it and we certainly need the positivity boost this year!

We are excited too; to begin this partnership - thanks to Kids Action Program - Hants for being so welcoming!

We’re excited to have a partnership with Mental Health focused on building healthy relationships in our community. We will be hosting information sessions for parents to introduce a Healthy Relationships Program that will soon be brought to our area.

We invite parents to come to the session January 27th 6-7pm and plan to begin the program in February. The program will be open for teens and young adults between the ages of 14 - 26.

Too many leftover Christmas chocolates ? As we gear up for our upcoming Women and Wellness event, and we need your help to make it extra special! 💝

We’re looking for donations of new, unopened boxed chocolates or other packaged goodies to serve to our guests.
