Last evening, our Palliative Care Committee held a touching memorial service to honor the residents we’ve lost over the past year.

With loved ones, staff, and fellow residents gathered together, we shared memories, reflected, and celebrated lives that meant so much to us all.

Though they are no longer with us, their spirits remain in our hearts.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening so special. Your presence and support brought comfort and light to a meaningful night of remembrance. 🤍🕊️

As we welcome the changing seasons and the arrival of Continuing Care Month in October, we pause to recognize and celebrate the incredible individuals who make up our continuing care community.

This month, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who provide compassionate care and support to seniors and individuals living with disabilities across Nova Scotia, including Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs), nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and leaders.

Subject: Covid-19 Outbreak Measures & Visitor Restrictions

If no new symptoms or positive Covid-19 cases occur, EAST unit outbreak measures will end at midnight on Friday, Oct. 3rd (Welcoming visitors back the morning of Oct. 4th). WEST Unit outbreak measures are tentatively scheduled to end at midnight on Sunday, Oct. 5th (Welcoming visitors back the morning of Oct. 6th).

We appreciate your patience, understanding and support throughout this time. Your cooperation has been essential in keeping our residents’ safety and well-being our top priority.
