Winter walking actually increases immunity. The cold ❄️ isn’t going to give you a cold 🤧 Improving circulation and improving inflammation, winter walking can bring you lots of health benefits. These also include lower cortisol levels, reducing stress, and improved sleep. It doesn’t take much. What’s stopping you?
Walking in Nature can help us in so many ways. If you’d like some guidance, reach out for a guided walk.

Life is overwhelming right now. You’ve just entered a new year and it’s already exhausting. This week, reflect on what you can now see as a blessing when, at the time, you felt it was a curse. You’ve survived 100% of the things you thought you couldn’t. What can you now see clearer because of them?

Winter on the East Coast is an unpredictable mix of conditions. The majority of this trail was covered in ice and I considered turning around quite a few times, but it was also a perfect opportunity to be mindful of each footstep and orientation in the woods while I occasionally had to go off trail. 🌳 The conditions in life aren’t always ideal, but building your skills to be resilient can help you get through. Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “For what purpose do I make these resolutions? What’s at their core?”

Just some thoughts here; insert your situation: We don’t set a goal to run a marathon because it’s fun. We want the satisfaction that comes with accomplishment. We don’t vow to lose that last 20lbs because we’re tired of eating ice cream. (Yeah right) We want to be healthy in order to be around for our loved ones.
You keep getting frustrated by not reaching your goals because the point is being missed. Change the perspective. Change the mindset. Achieve your goals by finding the real motivation. And forget about January resolutions.

Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “What focused mindset could help me in 2026?”

Connection. That was my word going into 2025. This is the time to look at what was and what could be. Last year, after an intention setting journal session, I felt “connection” would be my focus. I had been feeling separate in some way, removed from something, someone, somewhere. So I focused on what I felt connected to. What a shift. So much changed. I changed ♾️
This New Year doesn’t have to bring anything huge or monumental. It could just be a mindset shift, and it could still change your whole life.
