Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “What seeds of change do I want to plant in my life?”
✍🏼
Spring is here (sort of) in the northern hemisphere. You’ve seen the sun - for a moment - and it was glorious! It makes you hopeful and excited for the growth to come. Maybe you’re planning a garden…don’t forget yourself too.
This week, take some time to plan the garden of your mind. What seeds to sow. What rows to tend. What do you want to harvest? All the Your thoughts are powerful. Plant good ones.
Each week a new prompt will be available to ponder and journal on.

Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “What free resources do I have available when I need a little help?”
✍🏼
Life is getting expensive. Getting through the day doesn’t have to be. There are so many healing resources available when life gets to you. Nature has lots of options as it helps to regulate our emotions through soothing and calming (Richardson, et al, 2016), and it’s free!
This week, I invite you to take stock of the free resources you have and try a few out.
To build resilience, repeat as needed!
Each week a new prompt will be available to ponder and journal on.

Don’t let Nature scare you.

Winter 2025-2026 was beautiful ❄️ Although the winter season can seem dark and long here in the northern hemisphere, it can also be incredibly breathtaking. Some shots from November to March.

Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “Do what you can, with what you’ve got, where you are.”
✍🏼
Life is overwhelming when we try to take it all on, and all in, all at once. When overwhelmed, we have 2 popular reactions: #1 do more #2 do nothing.
This week I invite you to consider this prompt as piece of advice. Imperfect action is better than no action, even when the action is a rest from the outside world. Immerse yourself in Nature to better hear your own mind. You have what you need. You.
Each week a new prompt will be available to ponder and journal on.

A note from Nature: A blue jay stopped me in my tracks today. A familiar sound in an unusual environment. Now are partially migratory, and I’m no but the sound was a welcome one on a cold day in early March. It brought me hope and joy for a brief moment before it flew away. Nature connection is a therapeutic tool anyone can have access to. You just have to listen.

Winter air at sunset. in winter is more white than green, but it has all the same benefits. Maybe more.

Anyone else?

Strengthening nature connection can significantly boost environmental stewardship. Studies show that people who spend time in nature and feel an emotional bond with it tend to recycle more, conserve resources, and support green initiatives. Simple steps – like park visits, eco-volunteering, and te...

Mindset changing journal prompt for this week: “What is my True North?”
✍🏼
Don’t lose sight of what’s important when the world gets hazy. When you’re pulled in opposite directions, what keeps you on your path to your true north? Your true nature? Your why? If you get off track this week, go find a snowy trail to wander. Think about your why. Find your true north. Be present. Breathe.
Each week a new prompt will be available to ponder and journal on.
