I don't get on social media too often, but I wanted to pop in and let you know I'm around! Just because I don't post frequently doesn't mean I'm not here for you.
As a RMT, empath, artist, and someone with ADHD, I have to make time for myself. I know firsthand how important self-care is.
I prioritize family time, yoga, post-menopause health, creative time, and of course, therapy! Also moments like this to recharge so I can show up fully for my work day.
Remember: Work smart, not hard and PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF (not yelling, just excited), it isn't selfish, it's essential!
