✨️I Strive to build a life where “Making a living while making a difference”-go hand in hand.

✨️And truly, I’ve known since I was very young that I wanted to work hands-on with people — to help, to heal, and to make a real impact in their lives.

✨️There is no career more rewarding than one rooted in helping people live happier, healthier lives. That feeling of knowing you made a difference — even in a small way — is something you can’t replace.

✨️Just as important as the work itself is who you do it with. Working alongside people who uplift you, inspire you, and feel more like family than coworkers makes all the difference.

✨️First and foremost, this journey helped me.

As a massage therapist, I was struggling.
I loved helping others, but I was living with constant pain and discomfort myself, and it was becoming harder to continue doing the work I was so passionate about.

Amy shared her experience in our wellness group.
This is her story...

I’ve been managing several chronic health issues including rare diseases, a form of blood cancer and autoimmune diseases for most of my life, I have worked hard to advocate for my health and have taken an active role. I have come far in my journey for health with the help of a naturopathic doctor, but there were a few areas we just couldn’t move — stubborn psoriasis flare‑ups, low energy, daily migraines, and weight connected to lipedema/dercums. My neck pain had become so intense that turning my head was difficult.

When I finally took a good look at the ingredients in the Vital Health products, I realized many of the supplements I was already taking were included — and at a better value. I did the scan, followed the recommendations, and began noticing changes quickly. My clothes loosened, my neck mobility returned, and I’ve now gone since before Christmas without a migraine without my medication.
