Bored of your regular workout routine? Try these 4 'Tiger-themed' exercises today! Share them with someone you love. 👉SWIPE RIGHT👉

1️⃣ 'Tiger-bliques': These guys are lovingly named after one of my favourite oblique exercises. Try them with a light weight (or an orange for good luck) or theraband. Sets/reps: 5x8 both sides (change knees)

2️⃣ 'Tiger Crawls': ya ya call them bear crawls all you want! Today we shall call them Tiger crawls :). Sets/reps: 5x of forwards/backwards/sideways/sideways

3️⃣ 'Bowing Hinges': Make sure your back is straight and core is engaged. Elbows straight = tougher challenge. Sets/reps: 5x8

4️⃣ 'Blessing and Honour': Keep your core engaged and keep your lower back flat on the ground (adjust legs accordingly). Sets/reps: 5x8

Try this shoulder stretch to help you after your next shot 🦠💉🧬. Bum wiggle is mandatory 😆

PENDULUMS (this stretch) is a slightly milder stretch than cross-body (lateral deltoid) which can also help with joint tightness too. Try it for ⏱30-90seconds, 2-3x per day.

Currently, I am the Physiotherapist at a CrossFit gym in Markham called ‘The Markham Gym’. We are located in Langham Square (2nd Floor, Unit #2800-2805). I also do in-home physiotherapy (location dependent) in the surrounding area.
