The holidays are quickly approaching, and I know how much you deserve a little peace and relaxation amidst the festive rush! My December massage schedule is now officially open for bookings online.

• De-stress before the family arrives
• Work out those knots from all the holiday shopping
• Treat yourself to some much-needed self-care

Now is the time to secure your preferred date and time, as spots are very limited and tend to fill up fast! Please know that I am not accepting new massage clients. However, I am accepting new facial clients. A new service I now offer after completing the RMTPro Facial Massage/Skincare course. *Billable through massage insurance*

The school bells are ringing, which means a new season of routine is upon us! 🍎 As a parent and a massage therapist, I know how busy this time of year can be. Juggling school drop-offs and pickups, extracurriculars, homework, and my own work can be a lot!

This is your gentle reminder to prioritize self-care in your new routine. Whether it's a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or a much-needed massage, taking time for yourself helps you show up fully for your family.
