State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre is dedicated to working with you on something you want to manage using hypnosis techniques. Hypnosis is a useful tool of deep focus and open-minded reprogramming to overcome unprocessed emotions and negative or unhelpful behaviours.

Services include, Hypnosis Information Nights, 7th Path and other Self Hypnosis Instruction, and personal hypnosis sessions tailored to your goals and needs.

Services are delivered by Les Smith and Hilary Leehane, Professional Consulting Hypnotists, trained and certified as members of the National Hypnosis Guild and the 5-PATH® International Association of Hypnosis Professionals. We are certified as 7th Path Self Hypnosis Instructors, Past Life Regression Hypnosis facilitators and Life Between Lives Hypnosis facilitators. All professionally insured services are delivered in Lindsay, Ontario. Les Smith and Hilary Leehane do not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a replacement form of treatment for physical, mental or medical problems by your doctor, either directly or indirectly. What is hypnosis?

I love answering this question!

​I won't go on and on about the subject BUT for many many years, movies and sources have portrayed it as a person staring at a stop watch swinging back and forth or looking into a crazy turning tunnel that would honestly make me lose my lunch. The person then drifts off into the world of sleep and wakes up not knowing what happened. This is NOT what hypnosis is.

​Hypnosis is state that everyone reaches many many times over their lifetime. Whether it be by watching TV and 'zoning out' or highway hypnosis where you suddenly wonder if you missed your turn off.
