Nov 21st: 4pm-5pm, 60 min regular, cupping, or hot stone massage available

Friendly reminder that I do offer direct billing (use those benefits before the year is up!) and offer a wide variety of services such as hot stone, cupping, and relaxation/therapeutic massage!

I often hear people say they can’t “find the time” to book a massage due to their busy schedule, but with a wide variety of morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, I’m sure that together we can find a time that will work for your schedule!

These are my regular set hours, but they may be subject to change!

Starting this November I will be opening one Saturday a month, starting on November 15th! I have availability from 9:30am-2pm, so book now to secure your spot!

Did you know that cupping mark colours can indicate different things within the body?

Dark marks usually indicate that the area has chronic tension and poor circulation, while lighter cup marks indicate good circulation and blood flow!

Some marks leave behind water droplets, meaning the body is working to let out inflammation & excess heat in that area.

Cupping therapy is a very popular treatment add on and if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend!
