Pesto Pita Chips

Ingredients
1 pita
3 tbsp prepared pesto
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions
Instructions Split pita bread into two rounds. Spread with pesto and sprinkle with cheese. Cut each into six wedges. Place on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm.

We’ve done ourselves a bit of a disservice by putting food into “good” and “bad” categories.

Somewhere along the way, a hamburger became the villain… and a salad got crowned the hero. But it’s not that simple.

Food doesn’t have moral value—you’re not “good” for eating a salad, and you’re definitely not “bad” for enjoying a burger.

When we label foods this way, it often leads to guilt, restriction, and that all-too-familiar cycle of “I’ve been bad, so I might as well keep going.”

What if instead, we looked at food through a different lens?

👉 Some foods fuel us and nourish our bodies
👉 Some foods bring us joy and satisfaction
👉 And most of the time… they can do both

Balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency over time.
