Roots of Healing is a doorway into the ancient path of the guide, the space holder, the one who walks beside others as they remember who they truly are. This 10-week journey is a soul initiation for those who feel the quiet, persistent call to support healing through sacred medicine work.

This training is not simply a course. It is a return.

A return to the old ways of holding, witnessing, and tending.

A return to the wisdom that lives in your bones.
A return to the medicine that moves through you when you allow yourself to become a vessel for healing.

Across ten weeks, you will receive teachings in trauma-informed facilitation, energetic protection, ceremony design, shadow and inner child work, somatic grounding, and the sacred structure of the psilocybin journey. You will learn to hold space in a way that honours the nervous system, the soul, and the unseen realms that support this work.

For those who feel the inner knowing that this is your path - whether you are a therapist, healer, or someone who has walked your own sacred healing journey - this program offers a homecoming to the work your soul has always known.

These past few weeks have been a whirlwind of transition, movement, reflection and sacred letting go as I prepare to travel back to Mexico.

There is a part of me that is already feeling the pull of the sun on my skin, the ocean air in my lungs, and the ancient energy of the Mayan lands holding me in their arms again.

I can feel the teachings of the elders waiting. I can feel the ceremonies calling. I can feel myself returning to the land that cracked my heart open and continues to shape me in ways words will never fully express.

And yet… leaving Canada is never easy.

My roots run deep here. My family, my community, my clients, my friends — you all matter to me more than you know. There is grief in saying goodbye, even when the path ahead is aligned. There is sadness in stepping away, even when the soul is clear. I will miss this land profoundly. I will miss the forest, the cold air, the comfort of familiarity. But I trust this movement. I trust this transition. I trust where Spirit is guiding me.

Mexico is not an escape — it is a homecoming.

And I am so looking forward to welcoming many of you back there with me. There are powerful retreats, ceremonies, trainings, and deep immersion journeys unfolding in the months ahead.

January and March will be especially full as I return again to Canada during those months to hold space, reconnect, and continue the work we are building together across continents.

This is a season of movement, of becoming, of rebirth.

There are moments on this path when the ground moves beneath your feet and you’re forced to make choices your heart never wanted to make.

Last week I had to share one of the most heartbreaking updates of my journey so far. Due to circumstances completely outside of my control, I’ve had to close the in person Gaia Wellness clinic in Chelsea Quebec. I’m now packing up my home again, placing my belongings back into storage, and preparing to return to Mexico for the winter while I ground and centre myself and wait for Spirit to guide me forward.

This wasn’t the plan. And it hurts to say it out loud. But the kindness, prayers, and messages so many of you have sent have held me more than you know. Thank you for reminding me that even in the hardest moments I’m not walking this path alone.

I will offer in person sessions in Canada again as soon as the path opens. Until then all virtual sessions, mentorship programs, and upcoming retreats are still moving forward as scheduled and all virtual sessions will be offered at 20% off - valid through January 1, 2026.

This season is asking me to trust the unknown, to release what I can’t carry, and to let my soul lead the way, even when the leading feels like a full body unraveling.

When Life Brings You to Your Knees

Dear Gaia Community,

This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write.

Over the past month, life has brought me to my knees in ways I never could have imagined. My plan to return home to Canada, to rebuild roots and reestablish the Gaia Wellness Clinic here, has been unexpectedly redirected by circumstances beyond my control.

To be honest, I am heartbroken to have to share this and yet, I know in my soul that there is divine purpose within this redirection. As painful and disorienting as it has been, I can feel Spirit asking me to surrender in ways I never thought possible. To trust what I cannot yet see.

Because of these unforeseen events, I have been left with no choice but to pause all in-person sessions at the clinic in Chelsea QC and cancel the Sacred Stillness Day Retreat on December 21. Everyone registered will, of course, receive a full refund.

While this moment feels heavy, I want to be clear, I am not defeated. I am learning to let go, to trust, and to allow life to guide me rather than force a path that isn’t yet ready. My faith in this work and in the medicine that moves through it remains stronger than ever.

All mentorships, trainings, and private healing sessions will continue virtually.

I am endlessly grateful for your love, trust, and understanding as I navigate this turning point. Thank you for walking beside me, not just in the moments of beauty, but also through the unraveling and rebirth.
