Feeling fatigued? We Can Help.

Park Integrative Health is now offering medically supervised IV Therapy, including IV Monoferric® for iron deficiency and IV saline infusions for individuals living with POTS or autonomic symptoms.
Our team provides care in a calm, trauma-informed environment that helps patients feel safe and supported. A medical referral is required, and there may be costs depending on your coverage or benefits.

We are now accepting bookings for both Infusion Therapy options. If you’re curious about whether IV Therapy may be right for you, your healthcare provider or the PIH team can help guide you.

When we built Synapse, it was with the intention of creating an inviting, safe space for community to gather. And two years later, that’s exactly what it’s become.

💭 Men’s Mental Health Matters

At Park Integrative Health, we believe men deserve a space to talk about what’s really going on, without judgment or expectation.

We’re now offering dedicated men’s mental health sessions with therapist Mac Fellows (MSW) and/or Registered Psychologist, Jacob Taylor. These sessions are designed to help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, or anything else that you may need to talk about.

🧠 67% of Canadian men have never sought mental health support, yet so many are carrying heavy stress and burnout. Seeking help isn’t weakness; it’s self-awareness and strength.

Just as you care for your physical health, your mental well-being deserves the same attention.

Our first Community Acupuncture date filled up quickly, so we added a second date, but that's filled up too.

In case you missed it, Community Acupuncture is about providing accessible group acupuncture treatments to underserved communities. Treatments are offered on a sliding scale, with no proof of income needed. The minimum fee is $0, and the maximum is $20. This is a not-for-profit event, with any funds raised covering the cost of supplies.

Just come as you are and experience the calming, restorative benefits of acupuncture in a welcoming space.

Better late than never, right? And boy, are we glad we took the time to gather our community to celebrate. 🎉

We’re still buzzing after Friday’s Grand Opening at Synapse.
