Get ready to strengthen, sweat, and have fun! Our Push-Up Challenge starts Monday, November 24th.

How it works:
• Track your push-ups each day using the tracker.
• Paper copies are available at the studio, or you can screenshot the tracker on your phone. Click “edit” on the photo to add text with how many push-ups you’ve completed each day.
• Send a picture of your completed tracker by Email: perseverancefitness@live.ca

DECEMBER TRAINING OPTIONS + SCHEDULE:

Option 1, Online Training:
Starting December 1st - January 1st. A new workout will be posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 5:00 am PST. These are 30 Minute pre-recorded follow along workouts. You can access them any time at your own convenience. Goal setting, accountability, and weekly check-ins.
Equipment required: one set of dumbbells.
Investment: $39.00/month

Option 2, Indoor, in Studio Training:
BOOTYCAMP
Group A:
6:20 - 7:05 pm on Monday/Thursday, December 1st - 15th
Investment: $63.00 for 5 sessions
Instructor: Katelyn

Group B:
7:15 - 8:00 pm on Monday/Thursday, December 1st - 15th
Investment: $63.00 for 5 sessions
Instructor: Katelyn

Group C:
9:20 - 10:05 am on Tuesday/Thursdays, December 2nd - 16th
Investment: $63.00 for 5 sessions

As we head into the final stretch of the year, I’m really looking forward to training with all of you and finishing 2025 feeling strong — both physically and mentally.

This time of year can be busy, stressful, and a little darker (literally and emotionally). That’s why moving your body matters more than ever. Training right now can help:
• Boost your mood and energy during the shorter days
• Reduce stress from the holiday hustle
• Keep you grounded and positive through seasonal changes
• Build momentum so you start the new year already feeling your best

• BootyCamp: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:20 AM
• We also offer these classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:20 pm & 7:15 pm!
