I spent the morning out with Herschel Hermit Health, what a lovely way to start the day!

Paige is like a whole library of knowledge wrapped up in a beautiful lady. Her treatments work with your physical body, but also go so much deeper and heal the soul too.

My Journey to this lifestyle.

There's a saying that goes " when the student is ready, the teacher will appear ", this is exactly how Reiki came into my life. I was always interested in Reiki, and wanted to learn how to do it, even tho I wasn't quite sure what exactly it was. It wasn't until I was ready that my Reiki teacher and master floated into my life. She taught me first degree and second-degree tradition uses Reiki, and so much more on top of that. Reiki is a spiritual practice, that carries you on a journey of self-discovery and care. Its inside of everyone, for everyone. I channel the life force energy of mother earth and hold space for you to heal your mind, body, and soul
