I’m teaching a NEW weekly candlelight restorative yoga class on Thursday evenings 6:45-8 pm .

This is a style of yoga for our stressed and anxiety filled times. This type of yoga requires no effort. You are supported in postures with props so that you might release and let go. Your nervous system may move from fight/flight into it’s parasympathetic mode.

I practice this style of yoga weekly and find it invaluable. I also love sharing this practice with others.
