10 years ago the doors opened at Momentum Wellness. We've evolved quite a bit over the years and couldn't have done it without your support. THANK YOU, for an amazing ten years of serving the Tantallon-St Margaret's Bay community.

With so much food insecurity, if you're able, make a donation. No one needs another thing from Amazon, but they do need to eat and to feed their kids. Whether these items come from Dollar Store, Superstore, Sobeys, or Costco/Walmart, if you can grab even a few items on this list, we'll keep our donation bin open through the holidays, but hope to bring a sizable donation to the St Margaret's Bay Food Bank before Christmas!

Drop in anytime today, tomorrow, or Monday and Tuesday (we're closed Christmas eve).

We'll be opening a bit later at 9:50am this morning due to last night's snowfall and to give plows a chance to clear streets... plus, someone **ahem** couldn't get in for snow tires till the 23rd🙄❄️

Happy Halloween everyone! What's truly scary is the traffic delays on the way to our office! We know it hasn't been easy so we recommend, for those who are physically able, parking by the TD and walking over. Cut in behind Superstore/Irving to do so.

Otherwise, send us a message in the morning to find out what it looks like and plan to leave early. They're doing road work on the #3 (St Margaret's Bay Rd) from 6pm to 6am, but daytime still involves the PCR backups.
