Sending reiki out to the universe tonight 💔

These past few days have been filled with unimaginable loss. During a special time that should be filled with love and light, we should not be experiencing such hatred.

We are seeing it before our eyes. Whether through lived experience or through the news and social media. It has been so difficult to watch.

I know that as a collective we are feeling this pain. Especially my fellow empaths, intuitives and HSPs.

Let us reclaim our peace for a moment. Take a few deep breaths and ground yourself.

Think of one word to send - peace, love, courage, strength, and repeat it three times out loud. I want to visualize the place you are sending it to.

If you are reiki trained, hold the globe of the world in your hands. Wrapping this whole world with love and peace 💜

This is why I love what I do 💜

For so long, I wanted to understand everything. I loved knowing the why, the how, and the deeper meaning beneath every experience. But through my Reiki training and moving through my own healing, I learned something that softened me in the best way.

You don’t need to understand Reiki to feel it working.

The energy doesn’t ask you to analyze it or make sense of every sensation. It doesn’t wait for your mind to catch up or for you to have the perfect explanation.

Reiki moves in the spaces beyond logic. It speaks directly to the body, the intuition, and the unseen layers of you that are always listening, always responding.

Often the healing begins before awareness does. Sometimes you feel warmth, heaviness, tingles. Sometimes you feel absolutely nothing at all. And yet something is shifting beneath the surface.

The energy knows. It is intuitive. That’s the beauty of this work. Your only job is to arrive, breathe, receive, and trust that what needs to move will.

During my sessions, nothing is off limits 💜

Over the past few years, I have realised just how intuitive my healing work truly is. I receive messages and guidance long before you arrive - sometimes days before, or even as your booking first comes through.

It might come as a voice, a sign or a sensation in my own body. I try to dismiss it at times, but then I catch myself wondering if I’m losing it 😂
(Spirit always proves me wrong.)

Last weekend, I had a beautiful client come in. Spirit was very clear that she needed support through a crystal grid. She has some big and meaningful moments ahead, and creating a grid together would allow us to anchor reiki into those dates and times. It would offer ongoing support when she needs it most.

She had so much fun choosing the crystals she felt drawn to, each one holding its own purpose and energy.

By the end, she created this beautiful little masterpiece of love, intention and support.

This was a reminder that healing is never one-size-fits-all. It unfolds exactly the way Spirit guides it to.
