Holy moon vibes today! 💜

This morning we welcomed the Full Moon in Ta**us, the brightest Supermoon of 2025.

This moon brings a wave of grounding, stability, and reconnection to what truly matters. There’s an earthy calm in the air, a gentle reminder to come home to yourself.

Ta**us energy invites patience, presence, and pleasure in the process. You don’t have to rush what’s unfolding. Just keep nurturing it with love and trust.

You are safe to slow down. You are safe to trust the timing of your growth. When you honour your worth and listen to your body, everything begins to align.

The Full Moon reminds us that abundance begins with gratitude and rest, not rushing or overworking. Slow yourself tonight and let life meet you where you are.

Messengers with Wings 🦅🕊️🦆🦜

This past weekend, my family and I visited Bird Kingdom in Niagara Falls. We’d never been before, though we’ve passed the signs so many times. It is the world’s largest bird aviary and many of the birds are donated to the aviary. I had the best time chatting with these beautiful creatures and getting to know their special personalities. This included Nigel who completely stole my heart 💜

It got me thinking about the spiritual significance of birds. Birds represent transformation, freedom, and seeing life from a higher perspective.

They also tell us to shake a tail feather and let things go, or to be more aware and focused.

They remind us to let our beautiful light shine and that it’s okay to be different, just like all the beautiful colours and patterns on them. The list goes on!

We may commonly think of hawks, falcons, and eagles as messengers of the Divine, and cardinals, mourning doves as gentle signs from loved ones who’ve crossed over.

✨ What birds show up most in your life?

For me, it’s blue jays (reminding me to use my voice), mourning doves (spirit signs from loved ones), cardinals (change and connection), and hawks (my symbol from Archangel Michael).
