Never take an opportunity for granted! 💜

Imagine ANY event in your life.

I will for example think of meeting my husband. We lived 8 minutes from each other in the same city but never met.

If I hadn’t of both been on Hi5 (a site like Facebook from 2005) and took a chance on a photo, we would have never met.

Life would look quite different.

Sometimes you need to take a chance on an event, a meeting, a course, a session because it could shift something huge in your world.

Before you panic or think I’ve lost and quietly unfollow 🤭 please hear me out

Mercury Retrograde isn’t chaos energy.
It’s pause energy. I get that it can feel that way when it rules so many vital things in our lives.

This is a time to slow down, refocus, and check in before life asks us to move forward again. Not the moment for big new commitments, major contracts, or reinventing your entire life overnight.

Ride the wave 🌊 instead of fighting it.

PS a gentle reminder: Mercury doesn’t deserve blame for everything (but some things I get it 🤣).

This may be hard for some of you to read 💜

My husband and I had a conversation this weekend about passion. What lights us up. What we truly love. And whether we are actually making time for it.

Since 2020, many of us have been living in survival mode. We learned how to keep going, how to adapt, how to stay connected… but somewhere along the way, we also became constantly busy and endlessly scrolling.

We fill the quiet moments instead of living them and sometimes we lose sight of the bigger picture.

Living your passion doesn’t have to be a big life change. It is small changes that come together for a bigger gain.

It is simply remembering what makes you feel alive again.

What brings you joy?
What makes you lose track of time? (Scrolling is not one of them 🤣)
What feels like home to your soul?

I want to gently invite you to take a little time this week to reconnect with something you love.

No pressure.
No productivity.
