Synergy Life Arts is a creative wellness & lifestyle studio featuring healing products & services such as: Private & Group Sound Healing, Meditation, Biofeedback, Coaching, Workshops, and products to support these modalities. Of the modalities listed below, we offer a number of packages and a-la-carte menu items to choose from, however, we are happy to customize a program for your individual needs as well. Due to the nature of this work, utilizing energy, frequency, and earth-based essentials for body/mind/spirit wellness, we work with a wide range of clients from corporate executives to psychic readers, who seek support for a wide range of challenges. Regardless of the focus, our diverse toolbox is equipped with a honed inventory of techniques to address your specific concerns. Experienced in working with people all across this spectrum, I look forward to learning how I can best help you. Detox / Stress Reduction: We offer a variety of options to help reduce toxic body burdens imposed by the chemicals we ingest, inhale, consume, and absorb through acts of daily living. We also work together to release mental toxins that are believed to be the deep seeded precursors to chronic ailments. Working with one's emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic bodies in a gentle and holistic way, we strive to support you on your journey. Our modalities include:

Getting our wooden spoons ready for Sunday's Spoon Magic event - one of many cool projects included in this busy afternoon. These big beauties leverage a hefty stir - what would you use yours for?

Spoons have a long steeped history in symbolism, ritual, and energy work. We will explore the various aspects, some of which include drawing or releasing energy, protection, luck, divination, manifestation, and more. I love the simplicity of our everyday utensils used for blending the magic ingredients ‘witches’ have combined for centuries - those same items that we stock our pantries with today - herbs, spices, and garden fare. Spoons help us to stir magic into mundane daily acts, and when directed with intention, help us to elevate our tasks to a whole new level.

In this fun, hands on, afternoon workshop, in addition to spooning up lots of inspiring information, we will make a number of items to use with, and as, spoons. Participants will each receive one of these beautiful crystal-topped spoons, as well as a beautiful amethyst coloured glass jar (as shown above) to contain one of our special dry concoctions - of which you will have blending options to choose which purpose you’d best like to use it for. We will also each customize a wooden kitchen spoon for everyday use, and enjoy a few other spoon creations / ideas, as I share numerous ways to incorporate spoon magic into many aspects of your day.

And I guess we’ll be needing to practice by stirring some sweetness into our tea to sip with our treats while we measure a loving spoonful of camaraderie with like minded friends.
