The other morning, I sat down with my journal and blanket, ready to write about self-love —
and what came through surprised me.

It wasn’t about how to practice self-love…
it was about how to remember it.

That quiet knowing that we’re already whole, already enough, already love itself.

The other morning, I curled up in my chair with my journal and blanket, planning to write about the foundations of self-love.

I’ve always known deep down that self-love is the root of everything that feels good, peaceful, and true in life. But that morning, something deeper came through — not about practicing self-love, but about remembering it.

It was one of those moments where the words flowed so easily, I knew I was being guided. What came out was a message about coming home to ourselves… about realizing that love isn’t something we chase or earn. It’s what we’ve been made of all along.

I remember when I first realized that awakening wasn’t a single moment — it was a journey.

When love expands, everything responds, even Leo! 🐾💜
This afternoon while working on Reclaim Your Real Self, my daughter Emma wanted so badly for Leo to come sit with her. Leo isn’t usually a cuddler and he hates being held. Freedom is his motto. Emma was disappointed, while at the same time this was happening, I was doing my “thing” and sending out loving, expansive energy — first to a few specific people, then to humanity, then to Gaia (Mother Earth).

Immediately, Leo jumped up beside me, curled himself onto my shoulder, and hasn’t left since. 🐾

To me, this is what deliberate creation and higher timelines really look like. It’s not about a ritual or a trying— it’s about choosing love, presence, and expansion in real time. The field shifts, and life responds.

This is the heart of Reclaim Your Real Self:
✨ Choosing self-love and expansion, even in small everyday moments
✨ Being in your own love and then sending out love and light to others while staying grounded in your own life
✨ Watching how the world — even your cat — mirrors the energy you’re radiating

We don’t have to “be perfect” or disrupt our current life to awaken and to activate new timelines. We can do it here, now, on our porches, with our kids and pets, living our real lives.

Last Friday before dawn, I woke up and witnessed a rare alignment: the crescent Moon, Venus, and the bright star Regulus, perfectly in line. I hadn’t planned it. I didn’t even know it was happening. Yet there I was—aligned, present, reminded that I am exactly where I’m meant to be.

And now, just days later, we arrive at the Equinox—Autumn here in the Northern Hemisphere, Spring in the Southern. The balance point of equal light and dark. A reset. A reminder that our shadows and our radiance are not separate, but part of the same whole—even the parts of us that need our light most.

This season calls us to release what no longer fits, trust the quiet beginnings that are emerging, and weave our unique light into both our lives and the world around us.

Today, take a moment and pause. Step outside. Ask yourself:

What am I ready to release?
What light wants to rise from me now?

Because balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. And your Real Self, whole and unstoppable, is already here.
